Ludowise Handcrafted Jewelry will repair or replace any Ludowise product that breaks due to defective workmanship or materials within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry that breaks due to customer negligence is not covered under this warranty, but may be repaired by Ludowise for a fee upon request. Refunds, Returns All sales final. Defective merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Ludowise. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. A $25 restocking fee may apply. All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage, must be free of any markings, and must include a Ludowise item identification number.
